The First E: Excercise

Ever since you were in kindergarten, you were aware that you should exercise. But do you do it? Alright, let us assume that you do it, do you do it regularly? Again, let's assume that you are exercising regularly, but are you doing it right? What is this article leading to?

To stay in shape, one must be regularly exercising and executing it right. It is not enough to exercise regularly, it is equally important that you know what you are doing, thus, doing the proper moves. There are a lot of different exercises out there –cardio exercises, boxing, stretching, yoga, aerobics, dancing, swimming, running, jogging, cycling, climbing -- and they all give benefit to our body in one way or another. But what you are concerned with is which exercise will give you the highest benefit in a lesser amount of time, and also a lesser amount of monetary expense.

Yes, exercising has its own price but it's worth it! If you are really serious about staying fit, of course you will eventually find yourself in the gym, enrolled in a fitness class, buying some equipment for your new sport. Of course there are always means to lessen your expenses and have substitutes for going to the gym, enrolling yourself in fitnesses classes and buying your new sporting gears, but still, you will have to shed off money, especially if you supplement your work-outs with the proper diet. Not all areas have equal access to healthy foods. Some live in the city or in developing countries where fruits and vegetables are highly expensive. So the point is, do not drop your willingness to be fit just because of monetary barriers. You have to budget your fitness. It is your life that is at stake here, why act cheap on it? If you think that staying fit is expensive, then try being a sickly obese person!
