I know what you are thinking. You are probably asking what exploration has got to do with fitness. Well, I'm sure you have seen a lot of movies already with themes of mountaineering, diving, spelunking, etc., have you seen the actors playing the role of the explorers? Or have you been watching YouTube clips and have come across videos of people who climb, dive and cave? If you do, then it is needless to stress that these people, even the cameramen behind the scenes as they were catching it on film or video, are people who are fit. People who explore the outdoors are those people with high stamina, high endurance, high strength, and power.



It is not enough to get slim or get buffed inside an indoor gym, get out there in the outdoors and face the challenges of the elements. If you think that is harsh or scary, well, let me re-present it: Go out there and see the wonders and beauty of Mother Nature while it is not all gone yet. Train, exercise, supplement with diet, put the proper motivation and discipline and begin to explore! Not everybody can go out there. Even the rich but unfit people would love to go out there. So they spend lots of money renting porters, buying all the equipments that will aid them in going out there, paying specialized teams to take them there, but missing all the adventure and fun. So it's your choice, whether you be that rich guy who can pay everybody he needs to take him to the outdoors or be the fit guy and enjoy the adventure. Whatever suits you.
